Def Jam Fight for New York is an all new stylish hop-inspired 3D fighting game developed by Electronic Arts. It's been released on September 21st, 2020 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, and Gamecube.
It's an upgrade to its predecessor, Def Jam Vendetta, that was released in 2020. From the Vendetta game, players command one of the many hip hop stars that are vying for the title of"Def Jam King." In this game, the rappers are attempting to beat the rap mogul, Rico, that controls the most important studio.
The main character of this game is named Remy. He's one of the greatest dancers in the city and a member of the"Ladies of L'Orleans," a group of women that are also quite successful in their own faith. Remy is also a member of"The Pack", a bunch of young guys that have similar interests to those Remy enjoys. As a member of"The Package", Remy will battle rap artists that are all competing for the title of"Def Jam King".
The game comprises roughly 40 degrees, with each level consisting of 2 different rap celebrities, and a single obstacle course. Each degree will also have a boss battle the player must conquer.
If you like dancing games, then you will love this match. It has a lot of different music that will make you want to dance when you're playing with this game.
If you are a hip hop fan, you should definitely give this sport a try. There is not much of a learning curve to the game, which is fantastic. In case you have played the previous version, you are going to learn how to play with it without having to read any documentation.
The sport has four stages to conquer. The first phase is a road battle between Remy and Rico. You will need to use hip hop moves in order to defeat this fight. The next degree is an street fight, where you will have to hit on rap artists to make them fall.
The last degree is a subway fight, and you'll need to hit on rap artists to create them fall onto the def jam game paths beneath the street. There's also a boss battle at the end of the sport, but it isn't so difficult. Difficult since you will be able to Dodge the bullets which will come out of your opponent's gun.
The graphics in the game are a bit on the dull side, but it can't be helped. The graphics and music are done nicely. They don't look as great as they used to when the game was created for the Xbox. The music is quite good and seems like it's in real life.
